One of my favorite quotes is "It Takes A Big Heart To Shape Little Small Minds". Which clearly ties into our assignment this week discussing passion. You really have to have it in your heart to affect change in those small minds.
Favorite book? It is so hard to pick a favorite book but I guess I have I have to say my favorite children's book is actually the entire Pete The Cat collection. I love how those books mix counting, color recognition and real life advice all in one. And I get to sing those cool songs such as Rocking in My School Shoes.

ReplyDelete"Pete the Cat" seems to be a big hit in a lot of classrooms! We just read Pete the Cat Wheels on the Bus Thursday! They love them! Have you watched the Pete the Cat Videos!? If not, it is worth a try! I just go to youtube.com and type in Pete the Cat, many of the books come up. The videos are neat because the kiddies get to see the book come to life and can sing along. When we first watch a video the kids love it and then they can't get enough!
